Kids’ Program

At International Kyokushin University we love to train children! Our Pee Wee classes are held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:00 to 5:45 PM. Classes for kids 7 years and older are held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:45 to 6:45 PM. The kids program integrates fun sports exercise and self-defense techniques with conditioning and skills-oriented games. The classes are aimed at improving your child’s physical coordination, motor skills, agility, and flexibility. They also improve self-confidence and esteem, while teaching respect and self-protection skills.

Adults’ Program

Adult training classes are every Monday, Thursday, and Friday starting at 7:00 PM. The Adult Program develops the physical and mental skills necessary to successfully apply Kyokushin Karate techniques that could literally save your life during a real confrontation. Adult students will increase physical strength and dexterity, as well as improve self-esteem and confidence in the world. Adult classes provide a healthy fitness program that teaches you skills such as self-protection, discipline, and a positive outlook on life – benefits that will last a lifetime.

Women’s Program

The women’s program is designed to provide women and girls with the knowledge and skills they need to defend themselves in real life-threatening situations. Our curriculum includes techniques that could, literally, save your life. In this class, you will learn how to deal with the most common street attacks by increasing physical strength, speed, and coordination.
